These Terms apply to all competitions, prize draws, instant win style games, entries, promotional offers, account features and rewards operated by Proper Wins through www.properwins.properwins.co.uk.

2. Eligibility

• UK residents aged 18 or over only
• You must provide accurate account, contact and billing information
• We may require proof of identity, age, address or eligibility before awarding prizes
• We may refuse, restrict or close accounts where we believe there is fraud, misuse, underage use, duplicate abuse or breach of these Terms

3. Competition formats

Proper Wins may operate prize draws, ticket competitions, instant win style games, free giveaways, promotional draws, credit-back promotions, community promotions and similar formats. The specific price, entry limit, prize, odds, closing time and draw/reveal method will be shown on the relevant competition page where applicable.

4. Instant win games

Instant win style games may reveal predetermined results linked to tickets or entries. The visual game animation is for player experience. The underlying ticket/result record is the controlling record if a display, connection or animation issue occurs.

5. Entries and ticket allocation

• Paid entries must be completed through the website checkout
• Free entries are available through the free entry route where applicable
• Ticket numbers may be allocated automatically after an order is processed or a valid free entry is accepted
• Entries cannot normally be cancelled, altered or withdrawn once submitted

6. Free entry route

Each eligible competition includes a free entry route. Valid paid entries and valid free entries are treated equally for the relevant competition. Full instructions are available on the Free Entry page.

7. Account requirement

An account may be required to enter, receive site credit, view entries, use instant win features, receive rewards, manage limits and support responsible play tools.

8. Spend limits and responsible play

Proper Wins may provide voluntary spend limits, cool-off periods, account restrictions and player protection tools. We may also apply restrictions or request checks where we believe play may be harmful, excessive, suspicious or in breach of these Terms.

9. Prizes and winners

Winners will be selected or revealed using the method described for the relevant competition. We may require verification before awarding a prize. Failure to complete verification may lead to withholding, delaying, redrawing or forfeiting a prize where reasonable.

10. Cash wins, credit wins and rewards

Cash prizes, site credit, bonus credit, free tickets, vouchers and promotional rewards may each have different rules. Site credit and bonus rewards are not cash unless clearly stated. Promotional credit may be limited to website use and may expire or be withdrawn where abuse is suspected.

11. Promotions and referrals

Promotions such as credit back, cashback, Power Play, referral rewards, monthly passes, ticket drops, free tickets or social promotions may be changed, paused or withdrawn at any time if needed for fairness, misuse prevention, technical reasons or business reasons.

12. Publicity and winner content

We may invite winners to provide photos, videos, screenshots, comments or testimonials. Participation is optional unless a specific promotion clearly states otherwise. Any agreed content may be used for marketing, transparency and winner proof.

13. Technical faults

If a website, game, ticket reveal, payment, email, account balance or display issue occurs, we may rely on server records, order records, ticket records, transaction records and admin logs to determine the correct outcome.

14. Prohibited behaviour

• Using false, incomplete or misleading details
• Attempting to bypass limits, age checks or account restrictions
• Abusing promotions, referrals, credits or free entry routes
• Interfering with website systems, games, orders or results
• Threatening, abusive or unlawful behaviour towards Proper Wins or other players

15. Refunds and cancellations

Paid entries are normally non-refundable once submitted, except where required by law or where Proper Wins cancels a competition. See the Refund Policy for more detail.

16. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded. Proper Wins is not responsible for losses caused by user error, device issues, internet issues, late entries, failed post, third-party outages or unauthorised account use unless required by law.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our website, competitions, features, compliance requirements or business processes change. The latest version will be available on our website.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales unless another legal rule applies.
